the collective remembering project
Transformation doesn't come from collecting more information—it comes from experiencing it, questioning it, integrating it, and allowing it to reshape the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us.
The Collective Remembering Project is a private community, designed to invite curiosity, expand awareness, and support a more integrated understanding of what it means to be human. Here we explore the knowledge, practices, and ways of being that support us in remembering what our bodies, minds, and lives have always been capable of knowing, while unlearning the belief systems that moved us from this knowledge in the first place.
Through education, embodied practice, conversation, and community, we explore the many influences that shape how we experience ourselves—from psychology and nervous system function to metabolism, food as medicine, his-story, ritual, natural rhythms, consciousness, environment, and the stories we've inherited about what it means to be well.
ABOUT The collective remembering project
We are beginning to see
The ways we have been taught to live are incongruent with what it means to live.
Whats included when i join the project?
1. courses
Courses are the educational foundations of the Project—the content to learn, revisit, question, and integrate. Courses are intentionally designed to invite you to think, question, investigate, and apply what information is asking to be integrated into your lived experience.
The library is not simply a collection of information. It is a place to learn what you were never taught—and begin identifying what you may no longer need to believe.
II. Live experiences
Within the community, we offer live experiences. These are spaces to move beyond intellectual understanding and into embodied integration.
Experiences may include bilateral tapping, eye gazing to meet the unconscious, Kundalini yoga, and other practices that support meeting the unknown material within us.
III. Community page
Inside the Collective Remembering Project, there is ongoing live community support where members can ask questions, share what they are discovering, and explore the material together.
This is a space for conversation rather than instruction. A place to bring what you're learning into relationship with your actual life.
